Review 2011 Ford Edge Car – Ford 2.0-liter EcoBoost engine, 230 horsepower and Direct Injection

Ford’s product success under Alan Mulally has been as much about keeping current models fresh as introducing new models. The company’s “facelift” of the 2006 Fusion, a pretty good midsize car, expanded into what the business calls a “major-minor” mid-cycle change and captured our 2010 Car of the Year award. The 2010 Ford Mustang got new sheetmetal, tighter handling with the optional track package and a much improved interior, then got much-needed new V-8 and V-6 engines for 2011 ford edge.
So Ford hopes to spread this magic to its burgeoning line of crossover/utility vehicles, both its substantially new Taurus-based Explorer (see the 2006-10 Freestyle/Taurus X) and its midsize, two-row Edge.

Review New 2011 Nissan Murano Car

As trendy crossovers go, the Nissan Murano will be distinctly remembered as one of the first to hit the road back in 2003. While the 2011 Murano is technically still in its second generation, Nissan’s given it a mid-cycle refresh, complete with the addition of an SV trim and an updated exterior and interior.
Gracing the 2011 Nissan Murano’s exterior is an altered front end that has already debuted in other parts of the world and is finally making its way to the U.S. Nissan is going for what it calls a “modern art” feel and look. The front fascia features a new grille, more pronounced lines on the lower bumper cover, and redesigned foglight housings. The Murano’s signature chromed vertical grille bars are reduced in number and the net effect is a more defined nose that might earn a second look from the local valet.
